Dr Pratha Mehta completed her Graduation in Physiotherapy from Sancheti Institute College of Physiotherapy, Pune and Specialization in Musculoskeletal (Orthopaedic) Sciences from Seth G.S. Medical College, K.E.M hospital, Mumbai.
She is specialized in treating Hand issues- before and after surgery. She is expert in treating Geriatric (senior citizen) health conditions and aims strongly to improve their quality of life. She has also worked at Jaslok hospital as a Consultant Physiotherapist. She has participated in various national and international level conferences and has her research papers published. She is passionate about helping people become pain free and improve their quality of life, one patient at a time.
Dr Rajashree Lad (PT)

Dr Rajashree Lad is specialized in treating musculoskeletal/orthopaedic conditions and has completed Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from Seth GS Medical College and KEM Hospital, Mumbai. She is an Osteopath and specialized in Craniosacral therapy.
She is author of the book ‘Are You Posture Perfect?‘ and also has her research papers published in National and International journals. Besides being keen on women’s fitness, she is a blogger and aims to increase awareness about health and fitness to empower people to take charge of their own health (by understanding well and overcoming fear of the unknown they would be suffering from) and thus improve their quality of life!
