Hello everyone!
Hope everybody is doing well.. be it with Covid or without covid. Irrespective of what is going outside, we should focus on our inner self. What we should focus on is our mental and physical health. Both are dependent on each other. Overall good health is a result of good mental and physical health. Staying fit and healthy physically helps boost mental health giving us happiness hormones along with increased concentration and mental efficiency.
Likewise, good mental health motivates us to remain physically active, do our daily chores actively and with enthusiasm, eat well and rest well. All this, in turn enhances our immunity and enhances our physical health by keeping us free from diseases. Immunity is something which we need to develop working on ourselves! We need to spend efforts in keeping up our immunity and health.
They say.. prevention is better than cure! So on this World Health Day, lets take an oath to take care of our health by keeping up our physical and mental health and thus our immunity to fight against diseases.
